Behind the Smoke
Some recipes aren't written down.
Marcus Webb learned to cook in a cinderblock kitchen in rural Georgia, watching his grandmother work without timers or thermometers — just instinct, patience, and wood. She never called it BBQ. She called it Sunday.
In 2017, Marcus brought those unwritten recipes to Edgewood Avenue. The smoker runs from 4am. The brisket is never rushed. Nothing on this menu comes from a bag.
